Andrew was one of the first people we met when relocating to the Bowling Green area. In fact, we started talking to him even before we moved. He helped us find our first home here. We thought so highly of him, when we decided to sell our home and upgrade, we sought out Andrew. We now consider him a friend as well as “our” realtor. We wouldn’t buy another home without Andrew’s help.
Found Damathian at an open house. He has been with us every step of the way. Answered all of our questions, texts, and calls quickly. Referred us to a good lender and sat in our our meetings with the sales consultant. We are now waiting on house to be built and closing. I have already recommended him to others. We are first time buyers and Damathian has made the process easier and more understandable than I could imagine.

I had known Tony from the gym, when one day out of the blue he messaged me on Facebook and asked if I’d thought about buying or selling any real estate within the next 6 months. As it turned out I’d just bought a place in Florida and was getting ready to list my house in Bowling Green. He came and examined the property, did some market research, and then proposed a listing price that was about 30% over what I was contemplating asking… So I had to give him a chance to do what he’d claimed he could do. I was in no real hurry to sell the house, so the lack of initial offers wasn’t that big of a concern. But a few months into the listing we received a bona fide offer that was very close to the asking price, so we accepted. I hate to say anything too terribly nice about Tony since I know he’s going to read this (lol), but I guess I kind of have to say he and Andrew are great guys, and I’m several thousands of dollars richer for having answered his original message. Tony and Andrew did a great job, and I’d highly recommend them to anyone interested in buying or selling real property

I would like to brag on Tony Whitney for a minute, first and foremost Tony is just an all around super nice guy, honest and very loyal to his job and above all loyal to his clients. Me and my husband met Tony about 1 1/2 yrs ago when he listed our house which went under contract a couple days after listing, and from day one he was very committed to taking care of us whether it was questions , suggestions etc he was always there until it was complete. We have sold a few houses and by far he is our #1 Realtor On a side note: Tony is someone once you get to know it feels as if you have known him forever.
